ID Badge It
is mandatory that all guests have their ID badge to pass the ID visual
verification and security check points in order to be able to access the
Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center.
All participant are requested
to visibly display their ID badge at all times. ID badge are required
for entry into the meeting venue and to board shuttlebusses.
ID Badges are available for pick-up at the ACCSQ-PPWG Meeting Registration Desk at South Lobby of Bali Nusa DuaConvention Center, during the following time:

For
pick-up and delivery of participants from the airport to the hotel (or
hotel to the airport), dealing directly with the hotel or come to taxi
counter at the airport.
Participants in need of taxi service may
also call a taxi service to request a pick-up. Information regarding
transportation and taxi services are available at ACCSQ-PPWG hospitality
Desks at the designated hotels. Shuttle Pick-up Locations Travel time between the designated hotels from/to Airport is estimated at around one hour.
International
Flight passengers are expected to arrive two hours before departure
time. Participant are advised to make appropriate time arrangement.
Shuttle Schedule Time tables for shuttle bus service are available at ACCSQ-PPWG Information Desks at the meeting venue.
Taxi It is highly recommended to use taxi cabs with special taxi service insignia. Taxi stands are available at most major shopping centers or contact hotel for taxi services.

ACCSQ-PPWG
Information Desk personnel are available to provide general meeting
information, assist with shuttle information, distribute meeting support
materials and provide general assistance. ACCSQ-PPWG Hospitality Desks General inquiries regarding Bali can be addressed to personel at the ACCSQ-PPWG Hospitality Desks. Visitors information and guidebooks are requested to Hotel.
ACCSQ-PPWG Hospitality Desks is available only for Government Delegate at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center and open from 08:00 to 17:00. Head Official Delegate (HOD) meeting room HOD meeting room is at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center.
Prayer room Prayer room are located at Mezzanine floor at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center.
Secretariat Rooms Secretariat rooms are available for use by government delegate andorganizing committee and open from 08:00 to 20:00.
